Design your artwork

Printing your order

Heat transfer
After finished printing all your baseball jersey orders on special paper, the next step will be heat transfer. We will put the printing paper and the fabric on the transfer machine. they will go roll together into the machine.
Color and graphic is transferred from paper to fabric through high temperature and high-pressure thermal sublimation.

Cutting fabric pieces
After the finished transfer, the next step will be cutting the fabric. We use a high-speed double laser cutting machine to cut pieces, which can accelerate our production speed and improve our delivery speed. Therefore, to ensure that you can receive customized baseball jerseys on time

Sewing baseball jersey
Once cutting is finished, our QC will check the quality of the cutting pieces, including whether the printing pattern is clear, the color is correct, and whether the cutting pieces are stained. Until all the cuts are checked and the problematic cuts are picked out. Then the pieces can be transferred to the sewing department, our sewers can begin to sew your baseball jersey.

Quality test
After sewing is finished, we will do the tail to check goods, our QC will check the quality of the baseball jersey, Including whether the sewing thread leaks a needle, whether the clothes have dirty spots, size is up to standard or not.
